Read firstWhat to know — week ending Sep 4
A CEDIA week — the funnel is honestly at zero. You were at CEDIA Expo (Sept 1–4, Denver), the residential-integration industry's big show, all week — so there's no CRM outreach to report and every funnel number is 0. The week's value was off-CRM: the show itself, new contacts, and Penny's plan landing. Don't read the zeros as a stall — read them as a week invested in the room instead of the phone.
  • Penny's electrical plan arrived. Your first real opportunity now exists on paper — the client's Redwood City remodel. It isn't in the CRM yet, so on the data she stays Meeting Held and flips toward Opportunity next week once you log it. Next moves: share the plan with Matt, get the client's info, set the client call.
  • New contacts from the show. You met Justin, Garrett, and others worth adding to the Partners DB — net-new relationships out of CEDIA. They'll enter the funnel as records once you add them.
  • Pipeline reconciled at the source. You updated Airtable Status to match the Issue 07 snapshot — Bryan → Meeting Held, Janakes → Proposal Sent, 54 Electric → Meeting Held, ALR → Meeting Held, Mark Brand / Peninsula Construction / Blome / Front Street → DM Connected, Blinds & Designs / Peninsula Modern / Geoship → Attempted. The snapshot below now matches your database exactly, and Matt is counted alongside everyone else.
  • New this issue: The Ledger. Each week's detail block now carries a complete, itemized list of every action under its funnel category, so the names always add up to the numbers above. This week it's honestly empty; from next week it lists every dial, email, text, and stage change by name. The old catch-all roll-up line is retired.
Act on these — exported to calendarFocus — week of Sep 8
  • 01   Log Penny's plan and move her forward. Enter the electrical plan in Airtable (flips her toward Opportunity), share it with Matt for feedback, get the client's info, and set the client call. This is your first real opportunity — drive it.
  • 02  Add the CEDIA contacts — Justin, Garrett, and the others — to the Partners DB while the introductions are fresh, with a first follow-up.
  • 03  Restart the dial cadence. First full week back after the show — rebuild call volume; last non-CEDIA week was 12 dials.
  • 04  Janakes proposal review — still your only Proposal Sent (out since Jul 9). Push for two concrete times.
  • 05  Deyvis callback — still owed from before CEDIA; lock the reschedule.

Week ending Sep 4CEDIA week — no CRM outreach logged; Penny's plan arrived; pipeline reconciled in Airtable
A week at CEDIA Expo (Sept 1–4, Denver) — no CRM outreach logged, so the funnel is zero. The real activity was off-CRM: the show, new contacts, and Penny's electrical plan landing. It's all accounted for in the Ledger below.
The Ledgerevery action, counted — reconciles to the funnel
CEDIA week (Sept 1–4, Denver). No CRM outreach was logged, so every counted line is zero. The week's real activity was off-CRM — listed at the bottom.

Month in reviewJuly — the first full month

The month in one line: the top of the funnel worked and the middle didn't — 8 decision-maker conversations, 0 meetings booked, 1 held. August then broke the booking cliff and surfaced the first live job (Penny); early September opened with a full week at CEDIA.
