Same Lutron access-gap surfaced from three operators this month — Penny Chin, Chris McCoach, and Gary Rudolph each described Lutron as hard to get on the Peninsula. A pattern worth testing as positioning — not yet a proven wedge. Keep listening for it on designer calls.
John Pfeiffer meeting paid off as education, not pipeline. Clear BD playbook (do every ALR training, show up in person, ask for the jobs they don't want). His overflow leads are a channel to earn over time — he already feeds two electricians and doesn't know you yet.
